Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We accept prepaid orders only at this time. COD will be introduced in the future, and we will notify customers once it is available.

Yes, we currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
3. How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
4. Will I receive order tracking details?

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.

Yes. For claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are requested to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This helps us verify the issue and process returns fairly.

No. Dhotis are traditional personal wear items. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, color variation, or change of mind.
7. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
