1a. Is Cash on Delivery Available?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We accept prepaid orders only at this time. COD will be introduced in the future, and we will notify customers once it is available.
2. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
3. How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
4. Will I receive order tracking details?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Pure cotton dhotis may feel slightly stiff when new. This softens naturally after a few washes.
19. Do you offer bulk or temple orders?
Yes, bulk orders are available for temples, functions, and events. Please contact us directly for custom pricing.

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.
5a. Is Unboxing Video required?
Yes. For claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are requested to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This helps us verify the issue and process returns fairly.
6. Can I return a dhoti if I don’t like the color or feel?
No. Dhotis are traditional personal wear items. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, color variation, or change of mind.
7. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
8. How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
9. Are shipping charges refundable?
