At Dhuruva Trends, we strive to provide high-quality pure cotton dhotis and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before requesting any return, refund, or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Note: Traditional garments such as dhotis are personal wear items; returns for reasons like change of mind, size preference, or personal liking are not accepted unless the product is defective.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers are requested to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This helps us verify the issue and process returns fairly.

3. Review & Verification

Dhuruva Trends reserves the right to decline return, refund, or exchange requests if:

Required evidence (such as unboxing video or images) is not provided
The product shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
The claim appears inconsistent or suspicious upon review

4. Return Process

Contact us via email or phone with order details and photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide return/exchange instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Customers will be informed if an exchange cannot be accommodated.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
