Dhuruva Trends is a South Indian traditional clothing brand specializing in pure cotton dhotis. We are a manufacturer-led brand with decades of experience in cotton fabric and dhoti manufacturing.

2. Eligibility to Use

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

  • By using this website, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Products & Descriptions

  • All products are described as accurately as possible.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, weave, or border design may occur due to:

    • Natural characteristics of pure cotton

    • Traditional weaving processes

    • Screen and lighting differences

  • Such variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Payments (Prepaid Only)

  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods shown at checkout.

  • Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.

  • Dhuruva Trends does not store card, UPI, or banking details.

6. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Payment issues

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or external factors are beyond our control.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9A.Unboxing Video Requirement

  • For claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are requested to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is unboxed. This helps us verify the issue and process returns fairly.

9B.Review & Verification

  • Dhuruva Trends reserves the right to decline return, refund, or exchange requests if:

  • Required evidence (such as unboxing video or images) is not provided

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

  • The claim appears inconsistent or suspicious upon review

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or services

  • Provide false information

  • Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, logos, text, and designs on this website are the property of Dhuruva Trends.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
