1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

    • Courier partner delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Remote or non-serviceable locations

Dhuruva Trends is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be subject to terms mentioned on the website at the time of purchase.

4A. Payment Method (No Cash on Delivery)

  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All orders must be prepaid using the payment options available at checkout.

  • This helps us ensure faster processing, secure transactions, and timely deliveries.

5. Courier Partners

We ship through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

6. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Dhuruva Trends will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept delivery.

  • If accepted, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for assistance.

8. Partial or Split Shipments

  • In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

  • Customers will be informed if split shipments occur.

9. Undeliverable Packages

Orders may be marked undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Such orders may not be eligible for refund. Re-shipping may require additional charges.
